Privacy policy
Information on the processing of personal data under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR) and Slovak Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on Personal Data Protection.

3. Who we share data with
We mainly process personal data ourselves. To the extent necessary, we share it with the following categories of recipients: web hosting and e-mail service providers, the provider of the newsletter tool (e.g. Ecomail, MailerLite or Mailchimp), the provider of analytics and reCAPTCHA form protection services (Google Ireland Ltd.), our accountant and, where required by law, public authorities. When data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, we make sure it is covered by standard contractual clauses or another appropriate safeguard.
4. Cookies
Our website uses only technically necessary cookies (to store your choice in the cookie bar) and, after your consent, analytics cookies of Google Analytics 4. Analytics cookies are not switched on until you approve them. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time by clicking “Cookie settings” in the website footer. Google Maps on the contact page load only after you click the “Show map” button. Our forms are protected against spam by Google reCAPTCHA, which loads only when you start filling in a form and may use Google's own cookies.
5. Your rights
- the right of access to your personal data and to a copy of it,
- the right to rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data,
- the right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”) where the legal conditions are met,
- the right to restriction of processing,
- the right to data portability,
- the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest,
- the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before its withdrawal,
- the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava, dataprotection.gov.sk.

6. Data security
We protect personal data with appropriate technical and organisational measures: encrypted HTTPS connection, restricted access to data, regular backups and system updates. Form data is not stored in the visitor's browser.
7. Final provisions
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always published on this page. This policy is effective from 18 September 2026. In case of any discrepancy, the Slovak version of this policy prevails.
